Charnawati Khola Hydroelctric Project at Bhimeswor Municipality of Dolkha district is developed by Nepal Hydro Developer Limited. It is a run of river type project in operation since June 2013. It has the design discharge of 2.19 m3/s, gross head of 199 m and installed capacity of 3.52 MW. The average annual energy generation of the project is 20.529 GWh. The energy generated from the project is evacuated through a 7 m long 33 kV transmission line to NEA substation at Makaibari, Dolkha.
